Shipping policy

Delivery – Vinyl (LP, 7", 12") & CDs


All orders (domestic and international) are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
  • UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2 working days.
  • International orders are shipped via FedEx, with delivery typically taking 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

We deliver to a wide range of countries including the EU, USA, Australia, Japan, and more. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight. 

International orders may incur customs or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.


Pre-orders

Please note that when ordering multiple items that include pre-orders, your entire order will be shipped when the last item is released to enable us to ship all of your items at the same time.

If you would like in stock items to arrive sooner, please makes sure you order these items separately to the pre-orders.


Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@nicerecords.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
